What is the ideal thread count?
What is the ideal thread count for sheets, if I intend to maintain a standard of gentlemanly elegance without being turned nancy in my sleep?

I think 600 thread count is pretty soft and awesome. I've seen 1000 TC but it didn't feel any different to me and are ridiculously expensive. My sheets are a paltry 210 TC, but I like bold patterns and stuff - something you usually can't find if you get a very high thread count. Although, I've never gotten any complaints about the thread count of my sheets IF YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN.
i am pretty fond of my 1 thread count sheets. really it's just a really giant piece of string i lay over myself.
but i have also never gotten any complaints about the thread count of my sheets FROM THE PEOPLE I HAVE FUCKED.
