Talisker

As long as we're posting booze, I'll plug Talisker. Over the past couple years I've accrued about 8 or so bottles of fancy single malt scotches, and Talisker is my favorite. (FYI I tend to like strong, peaty islay scotches.) Runner-up is Laphroaig cask strength, which is super strong and peaty.
