I did it this weekend. It was both frightening and extremely fun. The course is very well-run, and at the end you take a test to get your motorcycle license.

Price: $235, but you get an insurance discount upon successful completion. Plus, if you end up being a motorcycle rider you'll save lots of money on gasoline, plus lots of money on food/rent/clothing/electronics since you will be dead from getting clobbered while turning left at Olympic & Fairfax.
